Virtual meeting with desktop sharing, chat and whiteboard, using the service Adobe ConnectNow. This will allow us to show you some features of the service Anatole Fleet Manager.

• To strart a meeting immediately: call us or click here to start a live-chat
• To schedule a meeting: click here to send an email . Please indicate your preferred date/time, if you prefer an online or an on-site meeting, and any specific feature or topic you would like to discuss.

Entering the meeting

After you click to enter the meeting, please enter your name (how other participants will see you) and click the Enter Meeting button

Once connected, you will see the meeting space. For better quality, we recommend you maximize this window.

During the meeting

Once the screen sharing has started, if you place your mouse-cursor at the bottom of the window, you will see a taskbar with an icon to activate the Full screen mode, this further improves the image quality.

Occasionally, we may also activate other functions such as Chat, Whiteboard, Shared notes, Files. Additional windows would then appear on your meeting space.

Sharing your screen

You can also decide to share your screen and show it to all participants. To do that, go to the MEETING menu and select Share My Computer Screen.

Then, decide what to share, usually select Desktop and click Share

While you are sharing your screen, you can also allow us to act on your computer. In that case you will receive a request for control which you can choose to Accept or Decline

At any time, you can regain the control and stop other participants from acting on your computer. To do that, simply click on the Regain Control button

At any time, you can also stop screen sharing by clicking on the Stop Screen Sharing button

Leaving the meeting

To stop the meeting, simply close the window
